General Instructions:

  • Schools are requested to confirm their participation by submitting the event specific registration form latest by Tuesday, 28 July, 2026.
  • Entries for the events will be accepted solely in accordance with the specific guidelines provided on the individual event pages.
  • All participants are required to carry their respective school ID cards, which they must present at the registration desk when they arrive.
  • Participating schools should send their students along with a teacher/staff escort in their own mode of conveyance.
  • Escorting teachers/staff should also report with students. Parents will NOT be allowed to accompany students.
  • A student shall not participate in more than one event.
  • Only registered students shall be permitted to participate in the events. Exceptions shall be made only in extreme exceptions.
  • Kindly join the WhatsApp group through the link given in the confirmation mail for each event. This will ease the communication both ways.
  • Escorting teachers/staff will be able to witness different events as long as they restrict themselves within the designated areas in the School Auditorium and the Sanctuary Hall.
  • Teams that do not adhere to the rules will be disqualified.
  • Punctuality is essential. Delay of more than 15 minutes may lead to disqualification.
  • Participants are strictly prohibited from carrying mobile phones during the event. If a phone is brought, it must be handed over to the accompanying teacher and must NOT remain in the possession of the student during the event.
  • Use of unfair means will result in disqualification from the event.
  • Any form of obscenity or vulgarity, whether implicit or explicit, conveyed through any medium will result in disqualification.
  • In case of a tie, an additional round may be conducted.
  • The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
  • Every effort will be made to adhere to the established schedule; however, there may be unavoidable circumstances leading to delays, which will be communicated through the WhatsApp groups of respective events.
  • First, Second and Third position Trophies shall be awarded at the end of the event with merit certificates.
  • Participation certificates will be awarded to the remaining participants.
  • The ‘Best School Trophy’ shall be awarded to the school scoring maximum points based on their winnings in different events. The winning school is entitled to keep the trophy for six months and is responsible for its maintenance and safe custody. The Trophy shall be returned to SVISG after 6 months.
